The Smart Hotel Software property management system is developed and distributed by Smart Hotel Software Inc. Formerly known as UniResMan Software Inc., we have been an application software developer for more than 15 years providing business intelligence software for the Small and Medium sized Business (SMB) market. Our products are sold and supported worldwide.

On a more personal note when they aren’t working you can find members of our staff on the ski hills in Vancouver during the winter and on bikes, sailboats or hiking in the backcountry of BC during the summer. Our teammates play and work hard.
Our President, Doug Ash is a former Iron Man, and an avid hiker, skier and cyclist. Most recently, in September, 2010 Doug completed the 126km RBC Gran Fondo Whistler. He is already starting his training to ride that race again in 2011. Join us in September as we cheer Doug on during this amazing race!
